 It helps a lot!  I used to get bronchitis, how ever iyt is spelled, a few times a year, until a diatition had me start thaking both.

Yep, I got it again this season for the third time.  I was in at the doctor yesterday.  Apparently, the flu is rising again in Alabama.  I tested negative for it, thankfully.  Just the sinusitis and bronchitis stuff again.
Olivia my 2 year old was sick with ear infection and cough this week aswell.
I am getting on the vitamin C and multi vitamins !

I do like those fruity wine coolers.  That reminds me I need to tell  John to get me some.  I haven't had any for the last month.  

With the cold and coughing Lemon Chello makes me stop coughing.  That  is what I take before I go to bed in my ice tea mix.

How do we get rid of permanently this coughing that everyone seems to have up here in CT.  Do you have it in your neck of the woods?

Try  relaxing your grip a  little. Avoid knitting with a death crip.
Also, like  Barb said, try  some of those comfort gloves. My crafting store sells them  in the  yarn aisle.
Also, if you knit for long periods, say in the evening   during movie night
or something, try reminding yourself to stop every  one  in awhile, just as we should do with any kind of work, Get up to  get a  drink, pet the dog, or just set the needles down for a minute  and gently  flex and massage your fingers. This might help your hands  relax a little  and not suffer from so much repetitive  motion.
