I forwarded you 2 of the emails that I had sent out one was dated on Feb  
28.  Sorry you did not read it.  I actually spoke to Henry too.  
 
Information was covered and I do not know when minutes will be available  
for board meeting.  
 
I am still waiting to be sure about Convention dates and do not know as of  
yet what Convention plans will be as I am not sure who will be attending  
Convention.
 
You will jest have to be patient

I sent 3 notices about the board meeting to  the list.  1 was Feb 28,  One 
was March 4 and one was March 5.   

I consider that was more then enough and I covered doing my job of  
announcing the meeting with time and phone number.

A Note:  Due to  a  death in Cindy Sheets family, she will not be at the 
meeting  tonight.   Cindy Sheets is in charge of planning the 5 Year   
Anniversary , so we  might have to delay or check with her on her  plans on
