Sounds good to me. 
Think more about the middle of April for your class to begin  or the  end 
of April.  
 
We need a good 6 weeks from time of receiving class proposals to beginning  
of class.  We actually need an extra week for email classes as we need cut  
off for sign up 1 week prior to first class.
