welcome to the list Paulette.
we are like a family here. folks are so willing to help one another by teaching classes or offering encouragement and support to their fellow classmates or other members on the list.

as for classes, you can check the website and click on each class to get details about that particular class. some are taught twice in a night, but not most classes. some classes are via email instead of telephone conference call. most classes begin at eight eastern time and run for two, three or four weeks. in the class description you can find out if the class is focused on the beginner or more advanced crafter. most classes are flexible.
there will also be a supply list included for each class.

I am teaching a loom knit mitered square scarf class in mid-April. this class as not yet been posted to the website, or list, but be on the look out for it. get yourself a set of round looms with loom tool, and some category 5 bulky weight yarn from your local craft shop or online and I will be happy to help you get started looming a scarf.

oh yes, and that offer is good to any newbees who would like to learn to loom as well. its a fairly easy project and there will be a number of experienced loom knitters there to help out. I have somewhat of a following you see. <smile>

Cathy
