The long looms are called double rake looms.  We have only learned one stitch on this loom. Any flat item you can do on a round loom, you can do on a rake loom, but they will look different, because the type of stitch patterns are different.  It is the preference of the loomer.

Yes the largest is 41 pegs in the round set! I sent another e-mail with the number of pegs in each loom for the round and long looms. I'm thinking the long looms would be used for afghans. Smiles! I love making afghans as gifts or special occasions for people.
