[Nfb-krafters-korner] knitting question with circular needles

It must be 16 inch circular needles.  I missed your subject line and  that 
is what confused me.  Hats and mittens [if you get another size 8 -16"  
circular needle are some things that can be made on these needles.
 
I still am confused about the loom comment in this email.
