Hi Maria,

This is the yellow round loom which has 41 pegs. The price in the US is
$12.99 and then there is shipping, when I just now checked, there were three
looms left. This is not a bad price for that loom and the seller has a 99%
rating which is excellent. It will make the large hats and shawls, plus you
can make any sized small item. Don't forget to get 6-ply yarn, that is very
thick yarn, not sure what it is called in other countries. 

I also noticed that on the link you provided that they have a link to a
simple hat pattern and I would recommend you go and get yourself that
pattern. 

Lion brand has wool-ease thick and quick on their website but not sure they
sell to other countries.

the only reason you might want to hold off on the purchase for a few days is
because the instructor of the beginners class might want you to get a
different sized loom, depending on what they are planning to have you make.
