You have to sign up to view and download patterns, kind of like lionbrand
website.  Search for the name " everyday beret"  
The designer is renee Van Hoy, and she is blind, so her patterns are written
so that we can follow them.  If you get it and have any questions, I would
be happy to help.

This is a beret that is loom knitted? Oh wow! That sounds really neat! Is
this a pattern you can share? I'd love to try something like that.

Hi,

The beret sits on the back of the head.  My family said that it looks best
if slightly slanted to one side.  It has a ribbed brim about 1 ½ inches or
so and then it uses e wrap and a 5 stitch  pattern then an increase.  You
have to keep up with counting every 5 pegs.  Each row the 5th peg changes
and there is where the spiral happens.  You use a loom with multiples of 5
plus 1. I used the 36 peg loom.  As for the kids, they love to help when
possible with crafting.  During the day while the boys are at school and
Olivia is watching her morning shows like Dora, I can loom knit.  My husband
and my oldest help keep the younger ones while I teach or take classes.
Just happy to be able to participate.
