Not sure what you want to know, but one way to start is to do a "Google" search for whatever you are looking for.  Sometimes, I even type out my question right in Google and look at the responses it gives.

Is there anyone on this list who has knowledge of how to effectively use the web and can answer some questions for me and give me some advice? I have very little knowledge about how to effect use the web and do not even know if there are sites to go to that would give me info I am looking for.
