You are talking about your work which is great. How about talking about
where you have learned how to do it? NFB Krafters Division needs to be
talked about too.

Carol segal and I demo our crafts at the MD senior fair, for the last 2 or
3, years.

I craft in the public and I talk about what I do and what the blind can
do, when ever I get the chance. Many are intrigued with my work and how even
my stitches are on my plastic canvas projects. I sold a baby set, because
a shuddle driver saw me knitting on the bus and asked me about my work. I
brought in my baby sets and she bought one for her February grand baby!
Hoping to get a table at my state convention. Send me some luck, please!

I am a bit disappointed and don't understand, we have less paid members
for the NFB Krafters Division this year then we had last year at the same
time. By the end of this week Krafters Korner will have offered 42 classes
this year and where else can you get that many classes for $10? You can't
get one class for ten bucks. These are special teachers willing to teach
you a craft class that are blind or deal with the blind and know how to put
into words what your hands are suppose to be doing.

For those of you who have paid your membership dues, I thank you. For
each and every one of you it is your job to spread the word to others about
Krafters Korner, NFB Krafters Division, _www.KraftersKorner.org_
(http://www.KraftersKorner.org)

The more people you talk to and tell, the more people we will have for
members to share, teach and learn crafting from.

If you have an NFB Convention in your state why don't you consider giving
an NFB Krafters Division membership away as a door prize?

The more paid members we have, , the more different type of crafting
experience will be here and more classes for everyone to learn from more
teachers willing to teach.
