[Nfb-krafters-korner] Loom scrunchy instructions

You can definitely use the thicker hair elastics. That's actually what
I've been using for all of my scrunchies. I'm going to get the smaller
thinner ones so I can make smaller scrunchies for when I do braids or
pig tails. :)
