Thank you Cathy, that's what I needed to   know.   The other important thing
I forgot to ask, are the loom pegs the sort that are the smaller distance
apart, I don't have the loom specified, was it knifty knitter, all my looms
have pegs more widely spaced. Boye etc, I know it was said on here that
there are other looms with pegs not so far apart.

It is basically a cover for a plain ponytail holder. The size of it, well,
it fits on my wrist after I stretch it enough to get over my hand. this size
worked well when making the scrunchy on the 24 peg loom. The knitted cover
makes the elastic a bit thicker, but not a whole lot.
