[Nfb-krafters-korner] bounce action notifications

AOL has adopted an experiment mail thing called DMARC.  It is 
supposed to identifiy and eliminate spam, but unfortunately it 
identifies some list mail as spam.  It then rejects it, whichauses it 
to bounce back to us.  After too many bounces the list software tries 
to unsubscribe you.

Yahoo is doing this too, and some other providers are honoring 
it.  There isn't much we can do, at least not without other 
impacts.  There will be changes to the list software, to minimize 
this, but I don't know how long it will take.
