Jill,
What kind of beads did you use, so this will not happen to the rest of us. Is this chord flat or round?

rant and another question,
rant: I swear the employees at Hobby Lobby don't know anything about crafting!! I asked where I could find the S long cord, they never heard of it, for real! do they know anything about the area they are working in?
Question: supply list states 1mm leather cord, found that, looking for 4mm beads, employee said have 4mm beads but the holes are too small for the 1mm cord, so what else am I supplies to look for?
