Hi Michelle,

It happens to everyone at times, no matter where they live. Sometimes the
conference call service is to blame, other times who knows why. Sometimes
the phone will only give a busy signal, or just ring, or maybe you get on
and then you are knocked off. So, sorry to hear you were having
difficulties. Especially sad since it is your first class. But keep coming
back and don't give up.
