Jill,
With that size yarn and hook you will get that done quickly. I can only tell
you I have only done squares, large ones for a twin bed and car throws, have
not make anything in rectangle. Put the question out there on the list,
Kathy or Joyce or Dixie and a few more might have the answer.

Hi Terry,

Thanks for the refresher last night!  I have decided to make a baby blanket
for my great nephew who is to be born in September.  I am using chunky yarn
and a size M crochet hook.  It looks good so far.  I was wondering how to
make it rectangular?  I am just increasing the rounds rather than making
individual squares and it is all one color.
