[Nfb-krafters-korner] another question regarding the loom

I have this adjustable loom from Cindy Woods Crafts and it has this 1 peg  
that you can move around in the Center to make different size circles.  I  
forgot to say spacing is 1/2".  So after I e wrap  in a circle 2 times  it is 
really tough getting that yarn up and off on that one peg in the  middle.  
Any suggestions on doing that?
