Hi all,

I was doing some stretching exercises after a long session of working on a
craft project, when it occurred to me that a chat on ways to relieve cramped
or sore muscles and joints after a session of crafting might be an idea.
Maybe we could all share some stretches that have worked for us?

Would anyone be interested in this chat. I am willing to host it if there is
interest.
