[Nfb-krafters-korner] Decreasing the crown of a hat

Cathy and Jill,

I understand the part about dividing the loom into sections to
decrease the hat, but I don't get how to skip wrapping the empty pegs
when I go back around. Do I just bring the yarn behind the empty pegs?
When I do this, there's just a long piece of yar passing behind the
pegs. Is this how it's supposed to look?

Thanks for your help
Minh

but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on
their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible." T. E. Lawrence
