Thanks Cathy!!!  I found this on the website:  What is Locker Hooking? Locker Hooking is a craft technique where you pull loops of fabric strips through rug canvas using a special locker hooking needle. Using this technique, you can create one-of-a-kind rugs and other durable home decor items.
