Hello,

I wanted to thank Joyce, Cindy S and the other folks who attended, for an interesting chat tonight.
Sorry so many of you missed this one.

The thought I took away with me is that  I should take more advantage of the customer service help
via phone offered by craft shops. As one member of the chat stated: "if you don't find one rep
helpful, just call back and talk to another one." <grin>
