Lilly,
I think it is never to later to give any suggestions or ideas to help the
entire division. I personally love this idea, and something like this was
mentioned in ideas presented. It is a big under taking and I would love to
hear more about it if you have any thing farther. Have you every found any
beads with braille or any ideas you might offer. It is something I looked
into myself but all I every found was expensive jewrly and not craft made.
If you have anything on this will you please let me know or any websites I
would like to search farther. The only craft related braille items were made
with Fimo, braillede and then baked, like charms made with braille, but
quite a bit of work. Please do send more ideas, love to hear them.

I know it is past time for suggesting fundraising ideas, but I thought it
was worth a shot suggesting. 

Have we ever considered making Braille jewelry? Better yet, custom Braille
jewelry? This could be a good way for the NFB to possibly get publicity as
well if it was announced through the public listserves and such that a
devision of the NFB was making jewelry, as well as to gain publicity for us
as a devision. We could make just NFB jewelry, as well as jewelry with names
as well. 

Are Braille beads in existence? They have beads with print letters on them.
I wonder if there's something similar? Better yet, beads with Braille and
print. I bet something like this could be made if it is not in existence
yet. 

Anyways, it is just a thought. This may be too much of an undertaking but
thought it was worth suggesting.
