That is funny! Maybe the sand candle instructions can be sent another day. I
don't recall how we made them, for sure.

Oh the little mouse sounds so cute.

Truthfully, I was going back and forth between the sand candles and the ice
candles as to which directions to send.

We made these and sand candles at camp during crafts one summer. It was my
favorite craft. They gave us little mouse figurines to set on the ice candle
as it was supposed to resemble Swiss cheese.

When you pour the wax over the ice, then the wax cools and hardens. Then
after the ice melts away you are left with interesting negative space in
your finished candle.

Almost like a skeleton of a candle.

This sounds relaly cool, but I'm confused as to why you need the ice?

"All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty
recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity:
but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their
dreams with open eyes, to make them possible." T. E. Lawrence
