[Nfb-krafters-korner] OT: the new bill identifier

The way I understand it, there will be a new currency reader distributed
through NLS that is put out by the government.  I don't believe it is going
to be the iBill product that is demonstrated in this video.  The iBill is
available commercially.

I was under the impression that this new currency reader is being produced
by the government.
