Hey Jill,
Good to hear from you. Sorry I do not have the answers you hacve been
looking for but I also would be interested in knowing these things also.
What I do know is I use a hand embosser and I like it a lot. This is a
simple tool, in case you are not familiar. It looks like a long pipe hair
dryer, with a folding metal leg. By using a stamp pad and a rubber stamp, I
complete the design and then sprinkle embossing powder over wet stamp and
using this tool I blow the air over it and it turns design the color of the
powder I am using. The tool costs about $18 and the powders run from a
couple of dollars to $10 but there is lots of extra powder that I place back
in the jars for another use. This is a nice extra and easy to use, but I do
not know about cutting machines.

I have recemtly been interested in trying out some paper crafting.  Does
anyone have a embossing or dy cut machine?  Ifso which ones and how easy is
it for a totally blind person to use?
