Minh, yes it is safe to use and if you get it on your fingers it’s a lot easier to get off than super glue. It is used in lots of crafts, my sister use to use it when she was putting stones on jewelry pieces. I have used it to repair a stoneware bowl that I no longer intended to eat out of.
