Feb.  27, 2014 
Present: kathy  from., len, annette, terry people., henry, cindy as, jill, 
linda a, lisamaria,  terry knox., amy, becky from., Ramona, joyce, cindy so. 
 If others came in late, I do not have  their names. 
The meeting was  called to order by Joyce with 14 people present initially. 
 Joyce reviewed the last membership  meeting in October of 2013.  Cindy  Z. 
 treasurer reported a current  balance in the bank of $900.96 and paypal of 
$440.90.  This is a total of:  $1341.86. 
lisamaria moved  we accept the treasurer's report; Ramona seconded it; it  
carried. 
Terry  people.  moved we raise annual dues  from $10 to $20 as of March 1 
year.  Kathy seconded it; after discussion, it passed with 1 negative vote.  
Dues for the 2014/15 year can be paid  beginning March 1.  Joyce said that  
the button for dues on paypal has been made unusable until after this  
meeting.  It should be reconnected  early next week. 
Terry K.  read rules for a membership recruitment  contest for the year 
2014/15.  THE  winner will receive 5 kits for classes during christmas in 
August, if ouside the  United States. prize will be 3 years membership to NFB 
Krafters Division.   
.  The person who brings in the most new  members will get a free 
membership next year  
There was a  discussion of the Braille greeting card sale which will 
include a small crafted  item.  Lisamaria and Ramona will  co-chair this project. 
Craft fair at  convention will be July 1 from 12:00 to 6:00 pm.  We will 
man our Exhibit Room table july  2 and 3.  Cindy Z.  will handle a 
make-and-take activity  again this year at the craft fair.  The annual business meeting 
will be July 2 from 7 to 9  pm.
