Was the friendship bracelet made on a loom or with a crochet hook?

Hi, this request might not be possible, but I'll ask hoping I might get
something to keep me going with my crafts.  I have not been on line in a few
weeks due to family commitments and us having to travel interstate to help
out.  I asked if my friendship bracelet notes could be held over.  However,
we came back to a computer crash, it just would not start and seems nothing
is retrievable. I am very guilty of not saving anything in those few months
before due to all our rushing around with family happenings, so I have lost
my email class notes for my wrist warmers, my intro to Tunisian and of
course, wouldn't have received the email class notes for the friendship
bracelet either.  I am using my husband's lap top computer for this note,
and not going too well with this keyboard, so hope this makes sense.  If it
is possible to help with any of the above, I'd be so grateful and hopefully
in a few weeks I'll have a new computer.
