[Nfb-krafters-korner] crochet hooks: was Crochet and knitting items seen while away on a recent trip

I would look at hooks that are not metal.  I do not find the plastic, to pointy!  I would not use tape.  You do not want tape getting stuck on your yarn as it passes over the hook and maybe pulls the tape off.  Go to one or two stores and feal some of the hooks and see if you can find something that is curvy.  I have not even tried to move down to metal, yet!

Hi, I am not sure if they make these. Putting a piece of tape on the pointy part may be an option.
