Terry,
You also need to check with the hotel regarding fees for packages. They
could charge you for accepting a package and holding a package. Our state
affiliate sent a package down to Convention last year and it turned into a
big thing and cost the affiliate a bunch of money. The affiliate will not
be selling doggie bisquets this year due to the expense of shipping and
expense the hotel charged.

Terry, I think the best way to ship is to send it to yourself at the hotel
and try to have things arrive at the hotel the day you arrive or the day
before. I feel safer if it doesn't sit there too long. But you want to
be
sure it doesn't arrive after you need it. The carriers often tell you
wrong
about the arrival date. It probably doesn't matter whether you send a
box
UPS or US postal service. My experience is that the post office is often a
day after their guaranteed date, and UPS is often a day ahead. I have no
idea if this is typical.
