Hi Lucy,

I've never tried the kumihimo with beads yet. The only concern is that the beads fit on the cord.
when you purchase beads you would need to know both the width of the cord as well as the diameter
of the hole in the beads. This is not as easy as it sounds since bead packages do not always let
you know what size the holes of the beads are, but only tell you what the diameter of the actual
bead is. Ugg!
Holes in pony beads are large enough, but they aren't as pretty as say glass or gemstone beads.
