Wow, that is a lot.

As an FYI, if they decide it is b-12, if they get your numbers up with
medication but you are still tired, make sure they try the injections.

I cannot take iron medication so I get it at the hospital by I V one to four
times a year. For my b-12, they started me on an injection once a week for
weeks to get my numbers up. Then they switched to me to oral medication. It
took a few months to get a dosage right to have my numbers where they should
be. However, I was still tired even though my numbers were up with oral
medication. I was able to go back on the injection and get it every four
weeks. If a month has five weeks in it, I will end up getting my shot twice
in that month because five weeks between shots is too long, it has to be
four weeks. During the holidays at the end of last year, I once again
stretched it out to five weeks because of the when the holidays fell and the
doctor's office being closed and it still affects me even after being on the
shots for several years now.

Good luck and hope everything gets figured out (medically, child related,
and appliance related). I know how terribly draining anemia can be.
