Dixie, this sounds a great project, I'd love to join, but often times just
don't suit.  Though I know it's not possible sometimes, I'll keep my fingers
crossed it might at some stage be offered via email instructions.  The
descriptions of the dish cloth sounds so pretty.  Cheers Valerie

Come join us for an easy Christmas themed dishcloth.
 
This class is a pattern of my own design.  The border gives the effect of a
string of Christmas lights or ornaments around the edge of the cloth.
 
If you know how to cast on, do the knit stitch, and bind off, then this
class just may be for you.

description: This class will be taught over the telephone. It will teach you
how to make a dishcloth that looks like it has a string of Christmas lights
around the border. We will also learn a couple of new stitches. 
supplies needed: 
1. Worsted weight cotton yarn, 1 ball, in variegated Christmas colors. 
2. Knitting needles, size 6. 
3. Scissors. 
4. Tapestry needle.
