Hi,
I like to use I cord to make rosaries. I make just ten knots for the body of the rosary. Then tie a couple knots together for the beginning of the three Hail Maris and the Lord’s prayer. then shape a cross from the eye cord as well. These are great for very ill people. I made one for Dan when he was on the vent in the hospital.

I also make eye cords for tieing cute dish towels on the stove handle.
I think they tend to stretch as purse or bag handles. I have been wondering if a larger wooden bead placed every few inches as you made the cord would help this.
