Hey Jill,one of the teachers said that you could transfer knitted patterns 
from needles to the loom. Remember?

Do you want to teach the crochet version of this class?  Need to know how
many weeks you think you need & if there is a particular night of the week
you prefer.

Classes are filling up in September already, but let me know how many weeks
and I will check.

Jill was the one who said there is a crochet pattern. But, yeah, me and
Tammy would be happy to teach it if you folks want it. Tammy says it would

I learned about these on a podcast in the last few weeks. It is a great way
to use up your left-over yarn (that fits the specifics for yarn) and any
scraps of yarn can be used as filling. In the podcast, they were
specifically talking to the lady that started the Canadian version. They are
provided to women that have had mastectomies and are lighter and more
comfortable than the medical prosthetics, plus they are machine washable. I
believe they started in the USA and there are local "chapters" across the
country.

I am personally going to do some research on the specifics and may make this
my charity for 2016 (I'm waiting to see what KK is going to do with prayer
shawls as that is something I am passionate about doing and would like to
reach out to more people than those I know personally).
