Thanks for those tips. I'm just trying to think ahead since I know some of 
the classes coming up and know a couple more I want to make as well. If each 
one takes 2 yards, then 10 yards probably would not have been enough anyway.

I got the 100 yard rolls and Got them in a few days.  I ordered the brown
and it said I won't get it until the ned of August to the middle of
September.  Bummer.

Just to give you a hint when making the pony bead projects in the directions
it says 2 yards for one project.

Think about what you might want to make and what color beads you are using.
You need to go from there.

What would you say are the most used colors of the satin rattail? I'm
putting together an order of other stuff and want to get some and don't want
to need to order again right away. I found a deal on Amazon for 18 colors in
10 yard lengths. But, it turned out that delivery was quoted a month out. It
was I think a foreign company. So, I was leery.

For pony bead projects, people usually use satin rattail cord which is
2 mm wide and it works really well. I found 100 yard rolls of satin cording
on Amazon for 5 dollars each and they come in a variety of colors.
