[Nfb-krafters-korner] Figure 8 loom

Sorry for my ignorance, smiles. 
How does one do afghan on a loom? I only know the afghan pen that looks like a knitting pen with a hook at the beginning to pick up the stitches of the previous row so you can work them all off again in the next row. Hope this makes sense, smiles.

Barb,

Which loom would you recommend, the KB afghan loom or the cindy wood universal loom? I am planning on buying an afghan loom soon and I want to get the best one for my money. :)
