I have knitting needle gauges shaped in a cute little hat.    You poke your
needles into the holes in this plastic hat until they fit well.  You need a
little sighted help to begin with as the holes start off in a row and ggo
across the width of the hat with the largest needle size ending up on the
pompom of the hat.  So it is good to know say one of the middle rows what
size it begins with.  Or you can always start at the top which I believe is
size 15 needles and count backwards.
