Hi Henry
Sorry for only now replying to your post. I'm rather busy with the launch of
my health website.
I don't think I know enough to present a class, you folks on the list have
much more experience than me. But I am prepared to present a class on a
craft I feel comfortable with.
Pity I can't get the canvas I used for kilim tapestries. I love the kilim
stitch but it must be the right material for me as I can't use the fabric
they normally work on. I used to combine kilim and the tapestry stitch as
well as a few stitches I improvised. Perhaps I can find some plastic canvas
in Pretoria and try it on that.
The finished Kilim product has the appearance of knitted stocking stitch. 
Lindy I saw a few names of craft shops as result of a Google search where
they advertise plastic canvas.

I also have a Tunesian crochet hook,I learned the basic crochet stitch on it
,but,would like to learn more.
Do you have any patterns or websites to get patterns from,or would you like
to teach a class on this some time?

Hettie, Yes, I know you referred to the tunisian afghan crochet hook. I have
one of those. Do you do a lot of projects with the afghan hook?
