You can also do insert F6 to bring up the list of headings or insert F5 to bring up the list of edit boxes.

Joyce, if you want to bring up a list of links
on a web page it is insert f7. To jump from heading to
heading on a web page it is h.
These are
great short cuts that make moving around a web page very
fast. There are many more.
