heart breaks along with you as I have been  there and totally understand.

I am having a terrible day.

I had to have Wisty, my retired Seeing Eye dog put down this afternoon.  She
is 10 years old.

She had been sick to her stomach for the last 3 days.  She did not eat
yesterday.  The vet did the examination and told me she has diabetes.  Her
blood sugar was high, she is spilling keytones in her urine and some type of
kidney levels were high.

I can't believe it.  I told him can't you give her insulin?  Hell I have had
these symptoms and...  I don't know.

My heart is broken.
