Hi Cathy
That's correct. Once a person is accepted as a caller on your system, Skype
automatically dial them when you press Enter on their name. For the Monday
chats there are an additional code to be supplied. The problem seems to be
being able to type the pin code to access the call.

Hello,

Free skype is available for all users who have skype on their computers no
matter where you live in the world. However, once you install skype you need
to create an account and a username. Then you find out what the usernames of
your friends are and then you can contact them for free with skype. I do
believe I read that you can have multiple folks all skyping together. 
It is not possible to call a land line with skype unless you pay for a skype
plan.

I do not use skype myself, but have read about it and am passing on what I
know.
