Do you have the woman in Montana's name and address? Also, the braille 
Library Transcribing Services will braille things for a cost of course.

I found a new pattern book on ebay.  Well, my daughter found it on ebay. It
is for raglans, especially, but I really wanted it in Braille.  It is really
hard for readers too dictate.  So I sent it to the prison to see what they
can do with it.  There are ppictures that show quite a bit of bare skin, so
I am not even sure they will be permitted to Braille it.  But if it works, I
will let you know.  There are quite a few prisons that have Braille
programs, and most do very good work. Some used to have recording programs,
but don't know what they are doing after the death of the cassette.

For those of you who use ebay, I think there are a lot of pattern books
there.  This one is the fanciest pattern book I have ever seen: glossy heavy
pages all the way through and a hard cover. It cost four dollars. Also,
there is a woman in Montana who will Braille knitting patterns, and she is
good.
