[Nfb-krafters-korner] Loom Knit Cowl Class

Barb;
I was asking how to connect my scains of yarn. I have 6 to 8 inches to go and need to connect my yarn.
Should I knot it at the end. Karen suggested working with 2 strands of yarn for a row. Not sure if I could do that and this is verigated.

Terry

My sincere apologies to my students for missing class Thur. night, I’ve let my blood sugars get out of whack and my fatigue syndrome has flared up, really working on getting my sugars under control and feeling less fatigued last couple of days and now we have a house guest for a few days.
I believe I saw someone post my last class has been rescheduled for this coming Thur.? I will make sure I’ don’t miss it!
I believe there were a couple of questions….Terry, we will not be connecting the ends, this is a flat panel and we will be attaching buttons to one side.
As for the length, that will depend on the persons size, if your unsure, take what you have (still on the loom) wrap around your neck, overlapping the ends, one on top of the other this should create a v. You should be able to decide if it will be a good or if you want it a little bit longer.
28” should fit a teen to small adult.
Some people do not like things real close to their throat, so a bit longer would be good for them.

Let me know if there are any more questions and I’ll see you in class Thur. night.
Barb
