[Nfb-krafters-korner] A question

How do you use Washy tape?  Is it sticky?  Can you shape it because it has
wire in it?

Washi tape is Japanese style decorative tape used to embellish paper crafts.

It comes in an endless assortment of colors, patterns and themes.
