[Nfb-krafters-korner] Speak up please

Terry K.
One thing that we need to keep in mind is the we do not have a lot of time to "sell" the items. This year, we had Roses, Scrubbies, hearts, cross key chains, baby hats and that is plenty. If we make some changes that is fine, but we do want to keep things simple and cheap. We are selling these items for $1 or $2. If a craft is costing someone more to make then a few cents, then it is probably not worth it. Plus, we do not have time to sit at the table and give a in-depth "sales" pitch. The idea of selling these cheap crafts was to help promote the Krafters Division. Letting people know that these are some of the projects that have been learned and made over the phone. Etc.

I would say no more than 8 different items to sell.

We have plenty of roses left from this year so let's hold off on Roses for now.

Thanks,
Cindy

Please tell me.Who on the list made and donated the itemssent to convention for our craft sale. Cindy mentioned Scrubbies, 2. Hair scrunches, 3. Baby items. I know we did a lot of roses and I would like to see us branch out. I am going to work on Pooh Pooh bags that slide on your wrist. I did not check thru items sent to me, only mailed them along, so please let me know what you made. I know Annette you sent your items direct and I received items from Jill, Carol O, and Cindy S. If you made other things other than roses, please let me know.

Terry K
