I never advised that blind people can not cut plastic canvas.  I have not been tought and I have shackyness, arthritis and problems with my right hand.  I never said I was not willing to learn.  I only asked Joyce if the canvas was going to be pre cut, be cause I am stil having trouble with my hand.  This question does not imply that a blind person can not cut the canvas.
