If you want to leave the list you need to go to our wevsite:

and toward the bottom of the page you need to put in your email address &
password and that will bring you to where you can manage  your email for
this group.

If you have trouble doing it, send another email and maybe David Andrews can

Hello,  I am not sure as to how I go about this, but I wish to unsubscribe
from the group   I have been having ongoing problems with extremely sore,
sometimes swollen fingers and craft is not helping.   Advice from
physiotherapist is to leave it go for a while , so I am taking that advice.
If things improve, I'll look at rejoining again next year. 

Thank you to all who have been so generous with teaching and tips, so many
different projects I'd never have thought of attempting   
Wishing all on list happy crafting and if someone could arrange how I could
be unsubscribed, that would be very helpful.  I had not paid my fees for
this year as I was hoping that things might improve.
