[Nfb-krafters-korner] card committee

We need to keep the messages to as few as possible. If we have too many, it
will be impossible to go through them all in the exhibit room where it is
very noisy and crowded. The messages don't have to be specific to the kind
of card it is, just right for the size. I thought we were going to insert
messages into the cards ahead of time, at least some of them.
I still think we will wwork out any details that are still pending during
the craft show. It can be crowded there, but not like the Exhibit Hall.

Hi Terry,

Call me if you have questions.

On the selling table There will be four cards available.
Each in a separate bag or box.
Small card with teddy bear
Small card with truck
Large card with cat
Large card with teddy bear with hearts above his head.

Separately organized will be Inserts for the cards which will be already
brailed in grade one braille.
These inserts will also be sorted into boxes/bags by type of greeting.
Three types of greetings including
Get well
Congratulations
Happy birthday.

We will likely have a sample card available for each picture card so that
all of the cards are not touched.
So first you would show the buyer the sample picture cards and The purchaser
can select which card size and picture they would like.
Then you would ask them which greeting type they would like and you would
look in the box/bag containing that kind of greeting and let them know which
greetings are available in that type they could choose from.
Each greeting type would be in its own bag/box.
There will not be sample greetings of each type because there are so many
different ones.
There are at least four greetings for each category of card. But I will not
list them all here because some may be different.
So you then place the greeting they choose into the card they want.

Also available will be an envelope in which to place each card.

Prior to the sale, any members that can help will gather to place a printed
label with the NFB crafter's division website address onto the back of the
cards. I don't exactly know when this will take place. Perhaps during set
up.

I am sure that your bill identifier will come in handy, but you need not
bring anything else to the table.
