It is a place you purchase yarn.  I believe they don't sell it by the skein.
I might be wrong , but sell by the dozen.  Check it out.  Jill put the

Can you explain more about how this box of bulk yarn works? Sorry if I
missed a previous post on it. I am running out of yarn and am looking for a
cheap way to obtain some more for the quiet summer months.
